How do I request a ride?
Enter your pickup location and destination, choose a ride type (economy, comfort, premium), see the estimated fare, and confirm.
How is the fare calculated?
Fares are based on distance, estimated time, ride type, and current demand. You see the estimated fare before confirming your ride.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes. Use the 'Schedule' option to book a ride up to 7 days ahead. You will be matched with a driver at your requested time.
How do I become a driver?
Sign up as a driver, submit your driving license and vehicle documents, pass our background check, and start earning.
What if I left something in the vehicle?
Go to your trip history and select 'Lost Item'. We will connect you with the driver to arrange the return of your belongings.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. You can set your default payment method in the app settings.
How do I rate my driver?
After each trip, you will be prompted to rate your driver and leave optional feedback. Ratings help maintain service quality.
Is there a ride-sharing option?
Yes. Select 'Shared Ride' for a lower fare by sharing your trip with other riders heading in the same direction.
How does safety work?
All trips are GPS-tracked, drivers are ID-verified, and you can share your trip details with trusted contacts in real time.
