Regulation: NTSA and the Transport Licensing Act

Ride-hailing in Kenya is regulated by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) under the Transport Network Companies (TNC) regulations. GeraRide drivers must hold a valid driving licence with a Public Service Vehicle (PSV) endorsement for cars, a valid PSV insurance policy, a Certificate of Good Conduct, and NTSA inspection.
